[Question]MicroSD card Read/Write UART command

Hi, is it possible to Read/Write to MicroSD card with UART commands? Or MicroSD card is only for software updates?

If its only for software updates still it would be nice to have Read/Write commands, software update could trigger on startup only if DWIN_SET folder exists on MicroSD card? Feature request?

Would it be possible to use MicroSD card for other purposes? Reading/Writing user data? would require Kernel modification?
