Sorry, there are currently no Arduino library files available
The display shows the outputs from two ports Serial.
1. Why are there several of them?
2. When you switch them with a PC232/TTL jumper, do they both switch to the same mode? Is it impossible for one to work in TTL, the second in RS232?

1. There is only one serial port.
2 Jumping the level is the level of TTL

Your manual says 2.
