help about 13.bin config file

Hi everyone !
This is 13.bin config file that created by TA for my touchscreen. (dmt80600L104_01wt)
I want to change some configure. for example; how to change text color of screen white to black ?   Is there any information for how to use this?

Dear ,  you can use 98 command to change the text color ，FC means Front background color (The text color)  For more explanation, please refer to T5UIC2 Kernel Application Guide .

i see. i already know your methot. but last week, someone did same operation  with config file at this forum. but i don't know how to do ? i want to learn.

Dear For dmt80600L104_01wt ,this is command type LCD ,can only use sending commands to modify some variable attributes ,it can only use 98 command to appear text.

I solved my problem the short way with 0x40 command.
