After the next firmware of the DMG10768S_03WTC display using the SD card, there was a problem with the black screen

I tried the factory demo firmware, but it didn't help

I bought a PGT05, but I don't have the necessary set of files for the firmware. Please share the set of files required for the firmware for the DMG10768S_03WTC display

Hello, please provide the full model name (e.g., DMG10768S150_03WTC). We send you the factory DEMO first. After burning the DWIN_SET folder with an SD card, try it. If it still doesn't work, then use PGT5 to burn the kernel file again.

Try burning the DWIN_SET in the attachments WTC1 and WTC2 with an SD card. If it can display normally after burning the DWIN_ file in WTC1, there is no need to burn WTC2.

First, burn the kernel files 1 and 2 in the PGT05 file using the PGT05 burner in order, and finally burn the factory in the WTC1 or WTC sent above with the SD card.
