[Question]DMT10600T070_A5WTC serial communicate and text showup

Hi, everyone,
I'm using DMT10600T070 to show up text, by using UART download tool change VP value

this is my GUI:

connect UART2 with TTL



LCM start up, everything is fine


UART download tool link ,ok


but there is no response when I tried to read VP value or write it,nothing change on LCM



please help me to figure out this, thanks

It is very likely that the communication is not successful. Use the serial port 2. Under the wiring check, connect RX2 and TX2. The communication and power supply share the same ground. The level of the serial port 2 is 232, and communication with the computer does not need to be transferred. To check whether the communication is successful, you can send a command: 5A A5 04 83 000F 01, whether it will return the version number.

I think it should be a communication problem and the wiring is incorrect. The method is roughly like that. You must check carefully. The level of the screen is 232, which is consistent with the computer. If you switch to USB, you can refer to the picture below.

yes! that is right!
I didn't notice my UART2 is defaut as RS232 output,
so I got the same quesion this this man:

and now another question comes up,
I don't see any 232-TTL switch on my board, not even a jumper or something
yet I don't know how to initialize other UART port too,
Do you have refer tutorial link to me?

That person’s problem is different from yours, the screen is different, and the wiring method is different. The suggestion for you is to change a 232 to USB adapter board, or 232 on the screen leads to a DB9 header to connect to the computer.
