[Question]HDL662 ceased to work

My HDL662 stop working with DMG80480C070_wtc.Port serial COM3 (XR21V1410) is opened by sscom.When send command no answer.Here i try reset also no action.

i have chcked.The two contacts joint for ttl are soldered.Must be somthing else.
