Trouble while Using Terminal software.

Hello team,

I am new here, and I am in trouble with 7 inch LCD. I have some question please find below:

1) How to Know Lcd serial number and all by terminal.
2) My lcd touch is not working, but when I touches to display, it sending someking of information here it is : Rx : AA 72 01 28 01 6F CC 33 C3 3C
3) As per data sheet( please find attachment ), everywhere it's header is like 5A A5, but in my case it is like  " Handshake:0xAA, 0x00, 0xCC, 0x33, 0xC3, 0x3C " why so ?

Can you tell us the full model of the LCD?The command "AA 00 CC 33 C3 3C" is the TA mode, not the DGUSII mode.
