[Question]DMG19108C133_05WTC PGT05 AND FACTORY DEMO

Hello. I have a DMG19108C133_05WTC display. I have been using this display in my products for about two years. However, with the latest batch I received, when I load my 14.bin file the screen stays black. But when I load the 14.bin from the factory demo, the display works normally.

Even when I tried the 14.bin files from my old backups, the problem did not resolve. I then updated the FPGA and the auxiliary processor, and now the situation is that the backlight is on and I hear the touch sound, but the screen itself remains dark.

Could you please provide me with the PGT05 and the best-configured factory demo files?

Hello,

I have the same display model but the medical-grade version:
DMG19108K133_05WTC

I already loaded the project/files shared in this thread, but after flashing the screen no longer boots correctly.

Current behavior:

* when powered on, the screen gives a brief flash,
* then remains black/off.

The backlight seems to initialize for a moment, so I think the T5L2 may still be alive.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Does anyone have:

* original factory firmware,
* correct DGUS2 OS,
* or recovery instructions for this exact model?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to see if this factory program can be restored. It can be burned twice. In the blue screen burning interface, you can check whether the file quantity has been successfully loaded.

The problem I have is that the screen never displays or turns on to the blue screen.

Program the factory project on it twice to see if it can be restored.
