[Question]DMG19108C133_05WTC PGT05 AND FACTORY DEMO

Hello. I have a DMG19108C133_05WTC display. I have been using this display in my products for about two years. However, with the latest batch I received, when I load my 14.bin file the screen stays black. But when I load the 14.bin from the factory demo, the display works normally.

Even when I tried the 14.bin files from my old backups, the problem did not resolve. I then updated the FPGA and the auxiliary processor, and now the situation is that the backlight is on and I hear the touch sound, but the screen itself remains dark.

Could you please provide me with the PGT05 and the best-configured factory demo files?
