[Question] Serial Communication Problem

Hi!  I have met a some problem.
I sent the following command ex 5A A5 04 83 00 0F 01. but , there is no response from the LCD.
However, When the screen is touched (return key code variable), it is the response of the same code as garbage.
(ex A9 CB F9 F5 FD FF 11 00.)  I want to know what's the problem. The Model is DMT10768C080_07WT.
I need your help. Thank you.

Hi  sir ,the product of this  moderl  is T5 type ,and Uart2 ,interface is ttl , its RXD and TXD voltage is 3.3 V ,you can make the voltage as 3.3 V and have a try please .
