[Question]Regarding DMG85480C050_03WTC

Am using DMG85480C050_03WTC screen .Software am using to communicate with the screen is DGUS ToollV3.4.Am unable to communicate with the screen and i couldn't find the scr resolution in the software for the above mentioned board .So please advice me to which is the proper software we can use the DMG85480C050_03WTC BOARD and if you have any tutorial video please share the link.
