I succeed in undestanding internals of 13.bin , 14.bin, and 22 config.
Can anyoane provide internal structure for 32.icl and icon file.icl(40.icl)

ICL format is a format in which pictures or icons are compressed by DGUS development software, and only this format is recognized when the screen is downloaded. Generally, the factory default background image is 32.ICL, which is set by the 08 position of the CFG configuration file. Note that the name range of fonts and icons is 23-63, and the size of each name is 256KB.

Yes I found jpeg markers inside icl.Not very important much more for rigurosity of know how file are internally structured.
