I am using DMG10600C070_03WTC TFT i need to clear its all memory how to do it? i need  to format the tft?

T5UID3_1024600.CFG is the parameter profile of T5UID3 series screen. The DMG10600C070_03WTC you are using now is a T5L series screen, using the parameter configuration file T5LCFG.CFG
DWINOS_tft.BIN, this is a compiled file of Devin OS assembler. I don't know what function your bin file has written.
