[Question]SD Card Download fail!!

[Basic Information]
- Touch Panel : DMG80480Y070_01NR (Based on T5L ASIC 7.0 Inches, 800xRGBx480)
- DGUS_V7.640

[Case1]
1. Create my new project
2. Copy the DWIN_SET folder to the SD card
3. After inserting the SD card into the touch panel, power on
4. Download completed as shown in the attached image
5. Power OFF, remove SD Card and power ON
6. DWIN screen displayed as it is at the time of shipment

[ Case2]
1. Copy 2 DEMOs (800x480) from Domo of DWIN(https://dwin.com.cn/download.html) to SD Card
2. After that, same as process 3~6 of Case 1

[Questions]
1. When downloading from SD card, all files count as 0?
2.Why doesn't the screen refresh?

Hello, has your SD card been formatted? You need an SD card in fae32 format.
SD card format operation: start = > Run = > Enter command (enter CMD for systems above win7)

Enter the DOS system and enter format/q e:/fs:fat32/a:4096

E is the disc number of your SD card

Note: the right-click format is invalid. Generally, the size of SD card is 2-16g.


Second, it should be noted that there is only one folder under the root directory of the SD card.  DWIN_SET

I failed by using the SD card as FAT32/quick format method by right-clicking the mouse in Windows Explorer. As you described, I formatted it with the DOS command and the download was successful. thank you
