Hi, I have the same problem (black screen error), I bought 5 HMIs: DMG80480T043_A5W, 1 DMG10600T070_A5W & 1 DMG10600C101_15WTR
I have tested 2/5 DMG80480T043_A5W but all of them have been using a black screen error for a while even though the backlight is still on. All broken after loading code with SD card!
I'm very concerned that my shipment has this condition, hope to get a response from DWIN company!

Hello! You can try to download the factory project to see if it can be restored. WTR is a resistive screen, WTC is a capacitive screen, download the corresponding program.If you cannot enter the blue screen download interface when downloading from SD card, then you need to use the PGT05 downloader to download the underlying program.

I have finished downloading the .CFG file in the .rar file above but the touch is not working. What do I need to do now?
