Hello, you can check if there is any backlight on the screen, if there is no light at all, then you need to use the pgt05 tool to burn the firmware. The burning method is in the compressed file, please refer to it.

I've done this operation several times, and the red LED always lights up as shown in the video instructions. I've tried different versions of the kernel v65 file. However, the screen remains black at the end, even though I can see the backlight illuminated. When I boot the program from a flash drive, the blue screen does not appear.

Hello, are you currently downloading the program via SD card or using the PGT05 programmer to burn it? If the blue screen download interface does not appear when using the card, you will have to use the PGT05 programmer to burn the firmware; you can refer to this operation video.

I used programmer pgt05 as instructed. The red LED lights up as described above. But the screen is still black.
