[Question]19480 DEMO Can't open in DGUS_V7616

Hi
I have this DMG19480C088_03WTR 8.88 inch serial screen, and i'm trying to open 19480 DEMO code in to DGUS_V7616 to edit, but i'm not able to do it, I can't open this DEMO code in DGUS.
Please somebody tell me what i'm doing wrong?
How i can open this DEMO code in DGUS_V7616?

Did you click the Dwpj .hmi profile to open the demo?

Yes,
I have two screens, and Demo:Smart home opens perfect and I can edit, no problem, but 19480 DEMO code doesn't open.

You cannot open the below demo ?If still can not ,you can try to add the pictures firstly,then add the 13,14 ,22 file .

Yes, i'm using DMG19480C88 file, and it's not opening, getting this error "open in error,please import config file or restoring".
I'm adding picture with "+" button, no problems, but when i'm trying to import 13,14,22 files with "Import" button, i'm getting this error
"cant find file 13"
Please tell me, what i'm doing wrong?

Hello,
you can generate the 13.14 files yourself, or import the DWIN-SET folder containing the 13.14 file

I'm getting the "can't find file 13" "can't find file 14" when i'm trying to import DWIN-SET folder from 19480 DEMO folder.
I'm just trying to open the 19480 DEMO code, to see how the DEMO works and edit.
Please help me, if you can.

Tryied by myself, demo works correct. please try following steps, one by one:

1.http://inforum.dwin.com.cn:20080 ... &extra=page%3D3, open this link and download demo
2.open DWpri.hmi project file in DGUS_V7616
3. Entering edit page.

Maybe the problem is the operating system, My'n is Windows 10, x64
I just test it again, 19480 not opening but 10600Smart home opening perfect,
please see the pictures

DGUS is an installation software, which needs to be installed on your computer.
You can opent the DGUS,and "welcome ",and "open"

Then use the open software to open the HMI file under your project。
