[Question] DMG10600T101_03WTCZ02 Black Screen Error! Please Help me

While installing the program on the screen, a blue loading screen appears, but after the installation is complete, there is a black screen. There is a black screen, the screen light is on. How can I fix this situation. Is there a required program, cfg file etc.? Please help me.

Your situation shall be caused by the wrong CFG.

Hi, I have the same problem (black screen error), I bought 5 HMIs: DMG80480T043_A5W, 1 DMG10600T070_A5W & 1 DMG10600C101_15WTR
I have tested 2/5 DMG80480T043_A5W but all of them have been using a black screen error for a while even though the backlight is still on. All broken after loading code with SD card!
I'm very concerned that my shipment has this condition, hope to get a response from DWIN company!

Hello, the following attachment is a factory project. You can download the WTR or WTC project according to the screen label to restore the factory.

I have finished loading the .CFG file in the .rar file above but the touch is not working. What do I need to do now?
P/S: Both of my monitors (DMG80480T043_A5W) are like this (not touchable).
