After flashing the user interface via SD, the blue screen showed that the firmware was recorded.
But the screen is always black after that, although UART communication is still possible, you can write and read data from the chip.
I tried to write the factory firmware, it didn't help. Please help with the problem.

Hi, you can try to download the attached factory project, to put the DWIN_SET folder into SD card, then power off - insert SD card - power on for downloading.

The blue boot screen does not appear, it is unknown whether the firmware is being recorded or not.

You can format your SD card followed by below picture, then re-try to download the factory project (try more times).

copied DWIN_SET from the DEMO folder.
I installed the SD card, connected the power, the screen backlight turned on, but there is no image, there is no blue screen.
Via UART, the firmware is loaded, but the effect is the same.

MICRO USB, power supply interface (5v)

It shows 0.6V at the output, 1.2 V comes to the pin EN, 4.56 at the input
As I understand it, the EN is controlled by a controller?
with DEMO firmware, the screen glows a little. Maybe the reason is in this stabilizer? Does it power the display?
